What we do
Hilo Epoxy Flooring installs garage and carport coatings, flake and metallic floors, polyaspartic systems, commercial and agricultural floors, polished concrete, driveway resurfacing, sealers and resin countertops. Our specialty is concrete and resin, and our focus is making those floors last on the wet side of the island.
How we work
We test every slab for moisture before quoting. We grind instead of etching. We use moisture-mitigating primers when readings call for them, and UV-stable topcoats wherever daylight reaches. Our estimates are written and itemized, and we explain why each step is there.
Honest recommendations
Some slabs are better suited to a polished finish or a breathable sealer than a coating. Some failing floors need drainage fixes before anything else. We will tell you what we see and what we would do on our own homes.
